The doctor explains everything in detail and is kind, and the physical therapist is also friendly. My back was really painful, but after physical therapy, I got better. The hospital facilities are clean and nice, possibly because they are newly opened. I've gone a few times for physical therapy, and I’m very satisfied. I think I'll go back again when I'm in pain. It’s great to have a good hospital in the neighborhood. Previously, I went to a hospital where the waiting was too long and there were so many people that it felt a bit unfriendly because they were so busy. This place is clean since it's newly opened, and since it's not well-known yet, the waiting time is shorter than at other hospitals nearby, and the physical therapy is excellent, so I’ll likely visit again. I hope it continues to be this good.

I had been receiving treatment for a toe fracture, and it was only a few days ago that the last X-ray confirmed the bones have healed. Today, I started physical therapy because my muscles had stiffened from not being able to move.

The doctor is very young and friendly, but the staff aren't very nice. It's split between the 2nd and 3rd floors, but there seems to be no communication between them. They said they'd give a coffee coupon if I wrote a review, so I went to the 2nd floor to use it, but they told me to go back up to the 3rd floor to show it in person. Couldn't the staff on the 2nd floor just verify it and call up? It's not like it's an internal medicine department; having to go up and down floors in an orthopedic clinic is a bit odd. I really didn't feel like going back, so I decided not to take the coffee coupon and just not have it. The physical therapy room is spacious and clean, but the waiting chairs for caretakers are a bit hard, and there's only one cushioned sofa, which means I had to sit on a wooden chair when it got crowded, so that was a bit uncomfortable. Since the physical therapy is machine-focused, I mostly saw female physical therapists.

I visited for tingling in my hands, and after physical therapy, I got a lot better.
