Samsung Clear Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic

For the past month or two, I've been having a sharp pain inside my left ear when I get tired. It's not every day, and when I rest it doesn’t happen, but when I work for a few days at my part-time job, it comes back. I was putting off going to the doctor because I didn't want to deal with it, but I eventually visited the new Samsung Ear, Nose, and Throat clinic that just opened in my neighborhood. Since it had just opened, the clinic was really clean. There weren't many people, so I registered and went in right away for my appointment. The doctor carefully checked the inside of my ear with a camera and removed some earwax, confirming there were no significant injuries inside. He asked if I was digging in my ears and kept reminding me not to do that. I know it feels good to clean them, but I’ll try to hold off a bit. He applied some ointment inside and gave me around 2 minutes of infrared treatment. I liked that the appointment was quick and the clinic was clean.

It was my first time in a newly built facility, and it was clean. I appreciated not having to wait.

I came in because I suddenly lost my voice and my throat was really sore. I was seen right away without any wait. Since it had only recently opened, the inside of the clinic was clean and neat, and the waiting area was spacious. They even had some simple toys prepared so that the children waiting wouldn’t get bored. The male doctor is young, but he was very kind and explained everything carefully no matter how many questions I asked. I also asked how to care for myself at home and mentioned a nasal ointment, so he prescribed one for me. After taking the medicine for two days, my voice came back and my throat pain improved a lot. Whenever I caught a sore throat or cold, I always went to the internal medicine clinic near my house first, but the wait was so long and exhausting. There was no wait here—although maybe that was because it was a weekday afternoon…. From now on, I’ll come here for treatment.
