Today Spring Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic

I've settled into a regular hospital that I go to.

This was my first visit to an OB/GYN, so I was a bit nervous, but the overall atmosphere was comfortable, allowing me to relax during the exam. The doctor provided detailed explanations and kindly answered all my questions, which I appreciated. The nurses were friendly too, making the visit stress-free. The waiting time was not long, and it was a satisfying experience overall. The doctor listened to my concerns and explained things carefully, which built my trust in them. Given the sensitive nature of OB/GYN visits, I was completely comfortable during the exam. This is a place I want to continue visiting in the future. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a local clinic! Overall, I’m very satisfied.

Overall, the clinic was clean and the ultrasound process went relatively smoothly, so I was satisfied with that part. However, I felt like the atmosphere during the consultation was a bit different from my previous visit. The answers to my questions were quite short, which made it hard to naturally lead into more in-depth discussion, and I felt a bit disappointed about that. I had questions but felt hesitant to ask more, so I didn't get enough consultation. Additionally, during the process of being advised on a few extra treatments, there wasn't enough explanation given, which happened in a rushed manner. As a result, I ended up spending more than I had anticipated, which felt somewhat burdensome. The overall treatment itself was fine, but if the environment allowed patients to ask questions and consult more comfortably, I think the satisfaction level would increase significantly.

I found a clinic near my neighborhood with a lady doctor, and it was my first time going there. All the staff were friendly and it was great.
