There’s a new clinic in front of my apartment that I’ve been passing by every day, thinking I should go if I get sick, and finally, I visited for the first time. I have a chronic issue with my neck, so I was told I need to get injections weekly and receive manual therapy and extracorporeal shockwave therapy. I had extracorporeal shockwave therapy for the first time, and it was incredibly painful when the electricity hit my neck. But the therapist adjusted the intensity, which felt refreshing, and after the manual therapy massage, I felt so good that I ended up sleeping soundly throughout the five sessions! Since this facility opened last year, it's very clean and spacious inside. The director, physical therapists, and nurses were all very kind. If I get sick again, I will definitely come back.

I visited because my shoulder was hurting. I thought it was a frozen shoulder, but they said it was inflammation and that it started from my neck. I got treatment and wow~~~ my shoulder, which could only go up to 90 degrees, is now at 140 degrees ^^ I'm scheduled for a total of 6 sessions, and I'm looking forward to the results~~
