I visited for my elementary school child's skin problems. The receptionist with short hair at the front didn't even greet me when I walked in. I was filling out the first-time patient forms, and she just stared at me without any reaction. When I submitted my forms to someone next to her, her overall expression was unfriendly. The doctor in room two was really kind. The doctor's efforts and dedication were overshadowed by that one person at the front desk, and I don't think I'll be coming back again!

Recently, due to wearing masks and stress, my skin has been breaking out, so I visited for beauty treatment. From the first consultation, they carefully examined my skin condition and calmly explained what care was necessary, which made me trust them. Before the procedure, they thoroughly informed me about my skin type and the causes of my issues, and they moved step by step with great care to avoid irritation. Even during the treatment, they constantly checked if I was comfortable, allowing me to relax in a comfortable atmosphere. After the treatment, I noticed a significant decrease in redness and my skin felt much smoother. Above all, it was great that they not only provided immediate results but also shared skincare tips that I could do at home.

At the info desk, the person in the middle wearing a mask didn’t even greet us when the patient arrived. Even after filling out the new patient registration, they didn’t assist us and just stared blankly. Overall, their greetings and expressions were really unfriendly! I was just too lazy to go downtown, but now I think I’ll make the trip anyway. I took my elementary school child for a consultation due to little acne, and the male doctor in room 2 was incredibly kind. The doctors are doing a great job, but the people at the info desk are dragging things down. They should smile a bit more so we can see their upper teeth!

I visited because my daughter's skin issues worsened. I was happy that the doctor examined her thoroughly.

The facility was clean and I was overall satisfied. If I have the chance, I will come back.
