After stubbing my toe, the swelling and pain didn’t go away, so I visited an orthopedic clinic. They asked which toe I had injured, what happened when I injured it, and how severe the pain was when I walked. They also carefully examined the area around my toe. They took X-rays to check for a fracture and assess the condition of the bone, then explained the results to me. I received immobilization treatment to keep from putting strain on my toe, and was advised to avoid walking for long periods or doing anything that puts a lot of pressure on my foot for the time being. It’s still uncomfortable when I put on shoes or move around, so I’m being as careful as possible. I’m also scheduled for a follow-up check to monitor my recovery.

Due to my job, I have to sit all day long, and I've been using a company chair that's not very good for a long time, so I've been feeling some strain on my lower back. It's not that my tailbone hurts, but something just feels a bit off. I also started to have some strange sensations in my legs, which made me think I should visit a hospital. After checking in, the nurse in the exam room told me to go to the radiology department for an X-ray. After the X-ray, the doctor saw me. He said he suspected a slight issue with a disc and that I needed to get an MRI to get a clearer picture. We proceeded with scans of my neck and back, which took about 40 minutes. After about 40 minutes following the MRI, I had a follow-up appointment. I wanted to conduct a thorough examination, so I went through the MRI, and I got very satisfying results. The hospital facilities were very clean, and the staff were all friendly.

Impressed with the orthopedic doctor: Dr. Kang Jin-woo. I went to get treated for my knee pain and received a cartilage injection. I need to get two more injections in the future. I'm scheduled for my second injection in a week.

There's only one orthopedic clinic nearby, so I went there. I had an issue with my knee. The physical therapy was private and comfortable, which was great ^^
