I took my child to the hospital for a cold. Their nose was very swollen due to rhinitis and the change of seasons, but the doctor examined them gently without causing any pain, so my child did really well and came home.

The doctor and nurses are very kind. When there’s no wait, you can get seen quickly, but during flu season like now, the wait is really longㅠ. My kid was taking regular cold medicine at pediatrics but seemed to get more congested, so we switched to ENT and found that the snot had turned yellow, so we got antibiotics right away. Usually, they say to take antibiotics for about a week, but after just three days, I could see the improvement. If there’s a high fever or other pains, we go to pediatrics, but if it’s just the flu, we seem to end up at this ENT clinic instead. The doctor always pats my child on the back after the visit and says they did well, which may seem small, but I think it’s great for the kid. The nurse also quickly gives vitamins right after the appointment, so my child seems to be waiting to get that, all excited after the visit, haha.

The director is really nice. The nurses are kind too, and the hospital is clean. They carefully examine me during the consultation, and they listen well to what’s bothering me and how they can help. It's a place where I leave feeling good after my appointment.
