Last year, I had a cold and went to another hospital’s Internal Medicine department for about a month, but I didn’t get better. I also learned that as I’ve gotten older, I developed allergic rhinitis that I never used to have, which is why it lasted so long and felt like a cold. This time, after getting through the intense heat, a gentle breeze started blowing, and my nose felt tingly and my throat felt scratchy. I heard that the flu and COVID were both going around, so I quickly visited this ENT clinic. The doctor in Exam Room 1 was away, so I saw another kind doctor, received treatment and a prescription, and seemed to get a little better, but after the weekend the symptoms came back. After visiting twice, I finally saw the doctor in Exam Room 1 on my third visit. My symptoms improved as soon as I took the medicine, and I slept soundly until morning without waking up at dawn or coughing through the night. I feel so refreshed and relieved. As expected, during the change of seasons, it seems better to visit an ENT clinic before going to Internal Medicine for cold symptoms. And a huge thank-you to the nurse who gave me two shots on the first day—she administered them so painlessly that I was genuinely surprised. Thank you so much!
