Whenever the seasons change, my child starts sneezing a lot more than usual and rubs their eyes and nose so hard that the skin becomes red and irritated. They would even wake up and fuss during the night, probably because their nose was stuffy, so I took them to the pediatrician before it got any worse. There was a fairly long wait, but the waiting area was comfortable and well stocked with books for children, so we were able to wait without getting bored. The doctor said that the inside of my child’s nose was quite swollen from mucosal edema and that these were typical symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis. Fortunately, the inflammation hadn’t spread to the throat or ears. Along with an oral liquid medicine, the doctor also prescribed a respiratory patch to stick on their back so they could sleep more comfortably at night. They also explained that we should move the patch to a slightly different spot each day to reduce skin irritation, which was very helpful. Thanks to the thorough examination, after giving my child the prescribed medicine, I could clearly see that they were rubbing their eyes and sniffing much less often. I’m very satisfied and reassured because they carefully prescribe only the medication the child actually needs, without overprescribing.

☆ I had high fever due to a sore throat and received fever-reducing IV and nutrients, all done at once by the friendly nurses, which made it so the kids didn't cry much. The doctors were really kind, I highly recommend them.
