I visited for anal treatment. Since it was Saturday, it took a bit of time and was somewhat crowded, but Dr. Kim Seong-ho examined me thoroughly, and the staff were friendly.

The female doctor is kind and makes you feel comfortable during the consultation. I recommend it. The nurses are scary, though.

They also listened closely to my symptoms and what I had to say, and I never felt like they were trying to rush through the consultation, which was another thing I liked. Hospitals with a lot of patients tend to quickly prescribe something and move on, but this place wasn’t like that, so I was happy. It also seemed like they had CT scans and various other machines, and I got the impression that patient care was handled in a systematic way. They also offer hepatitis B vaccinations here, and I thought it would be good to recommend this place to my family as well. The nurses were kind, too, and the location was convenient.

I visited for an endoscopy, gastric inflammation check-up, and a hepatitis B vaccination. There were a lot of elderly patients at the hospital, and I could see that the medical staff and employees were quite busy and probably having a tough time, but everyone was very kind and accommodating, which left a good impression on me. The registration and guidance were calm, so even though it was my first visit, I was able to receive care without any significant difficulties. They provided clear explanations before and after the endoscopy, and they explained my gastric inflammation in a way that was easy to understand, which was very helpful. Despite the busy situation, I could feel they were trying to pay attention to each patient, which made me trust them. Overall, I was able to receive care in a warm atmosphere, and I thought that if I need to, I would like to visit again.

I think this is the most professional hospital for treating colorectal and anal diseases in Hanam. That's why it's always crowded here. (There's usually a bit of a waitㅠ) The head doctor is well-known for colorectal issues, so I always get my colonoscopies done here. Every time, they kindly explain everything and prescribe what I need based on my symptoms and discomfort. They also have a great health check-up system, so I’ve had my health check-up done here as well. They even have a gynecology department, which is convenient for women to get all their health exams done at once. The hospital facilities are brand new, so everything is really clean, and the areas for waiting, testing, reception, and consultations are all separated, making it very organized.

This hospital specializes in health check-ups and colorectal-anal diseases. The chief doctor is particularly famous for his expertise in anal disorders. So, whenever I needed to have procedures like colonoscopies, I made the trip to this hospital, even if it was a bit far.

I had to visit Wide-seong Clinic for a brain exam after seeing a neurologist. It was my first time there, and I was surprised by how spacious and pleasant the hospital was, much more than I expected. The exam process was well-guided, so it was easy for me to go through it, and I was able to check the results quickly. Above all, the staff were really kind. Many of the patients there were older, so some had trouble hearing or would ask the same questions multiple times, and there were occasionally some who spoke a bit sensitively, but the receptionists and nurses handled everything calmly and kindly throughout. It was impressive to see that it didn't feel like they were just pretending to be nice; they genuinely seemed to be familiar and skilled in their responses. Thanks to that, I was able to have the exam comfortably and gained trust in the hospital. It was such a satisfying visit that I thought I should come here again if I need to in the future!

I got a hepatitis B shot and went in for a gastroscopy. The shot barely hurt at all, and the person who gave it to me was so kind, which I really appreciated. It was my first time having an endoscopy, so I was pretty worried, but I felt like they took good care of me! The doctor, nurses, and everyone at the front desk were all so kind. I feel this every time I go, but as my parents get older, I think I’d feel reassured if they came to a hospital like this whenever they needed medical care. Even when elderly patients don’t understand what they’re being told and raise their voices, the staff respond to them so kindly and never show how difficult it must be. I’m really grateful. I had previously gone to another Neurology department for some tests and then came to this hospital to get a head CT? They were so kind and efficient back then too, and I was really impressed~ Whenever I need to go to a hospital, I think I’ll always come here, even though it’s far away haha

When I’m paying out of my pocket, if the service is unfriendly, it really makes me upset and I usually don’t go back. But this place was so nice that I definitely want to come back again.
