I’ve been getting jaw Botox consistently for a few years, but I stopped during my pregnancy and childbirth, so my jaw muscles grew quite a bit, haha. I visited for the jaw Botox treatment. They offered a great discount for first-time visitors, so I got the treatment at a really affordable price, haha. The person who consulted me didn’t push any other treatments unnecessarily, so it was nice that I could just get what I needed. From preparation to getting the injection took about 10 minutes? There was almost no pain, and over about three weeks, my jaw became a lot slimmer, haha. People around me are even asking if I lost weight! The hospital is very clean, the waiting time isn’t long, and the treatments are done quickly, so I should definitely visit again when I have time.

I visited because I’d been getting breakouts for several days without knowing why, and my sebum production was also really excessive, so I wanted to get some treatment! Maybe because it’s a well-known place, there were a lot of people and I had to wait a little. Still, the facilities were comfortable enough that it was worth the wait. During the consultation, they didn’t try to push all kinds of things on me—they just checked what I needed and proceeded with that, so I didn’t feel pressured at allㅎㅎ I really liked that. I was satisfied with the treatment, and it was convenient that I could also get a prescription afterward. I never felt like they were over-treating me, and they explained things I was curious about really well, which I appreciatedㅎㅎ I’ve been to another branch before, but personally, I was much more satisfied with this one. My skin had been stressing me out for a while, so I’m planning to keep coming regularly!!

After I became an adult, my acne suddenly got worse, and it seemed like I was breaking out with things that weren’t even acne, so I just went to some random dermatology clinic. But I was pretty disappointedㅜㅜ It felt like they were more focused on selling treatments than actually treating me. They recommended things like laser treatment, so I tried it, but it didn’t really help, and they didn’t properly extract the acne either, so the inflammation came back the next day and the scarring was really bad.. I only saw the doctor when I was getting the laser treatment, and otherwise I talked only with the clinic manager, which was kind of off-putting. I guess for recurring acne, I should go see a dermatology specialist.

Have the staff changed a lot here now? When I visited as a kid, I guess I seemed like I didn’t know much, so the consultation manager kept recommending lots of procedures, mostly expensive ones, which made me feel really awkward. I know most dermatology clinics these days are like that, of course, but it’s different when they create a nice atmosphere, treat you kindly, and make suggestions little by little. After that, I either went to other dermatology clinics or came here with a friend who was obsessed with skincare treatments. Also, I had Salivary Gland Botox here about four times, but it had absolutely no effect and hurt so, so much. I’m usually pretty good at tolerating pain, even at the dentist, but it hurt so badly that I just couldn’t stand itㅠㅠ. When I went to two other dermatology clinics and asked again, they told me it wasn’t something that could be treated with Salivary Gland Botox, so I don’t know why it was recommended to meㅜㅜ Anyway, I can’t really say much about the doctors because I only saw them for such a short time, but even though it’s a factory-style clinic, they do seem fairly kind. Regardless of the staff, if they do the procedures well, I don’t think there would be any major problem with going there.

I felt like my skin condition had declined recently, so I visited a dermatologist and received LDM, dual toning, and hair removal procedures all at once. First, I was told that LDM helps improve hydration and elasticity in the skin. After the treatment, my skin felt much more comfortable and had a more refined texture. The dual toning was aimed at improving dark spots and blemishes, and it was not too stimulating, so I could go through it without feeling overwhelmed. The hair removal procedure was also completed quickly and neatly, which left me satisfied. Overall, the consultation, treatment, and follow-up guidance were all systematic, and they focused on the necessary care without any undue pressure to upsell. I plan to return when I need consistent skin care.

The doctor was very attentive and the staff were kind. I would definitely consider coming back.
