After X-rays and basic tests, I was diagnosed with lumbar myofascial pain syndrome and cervical tension pain. I found it impressive that he explained my current state realistically without exaggeration. The treatment process included a combination of physical therapy, manual therapy, and medication. We started with muscle relaxation therapy focused on the areas with severe pain, and afterward, I received guidance on posture correction and stretching methods. Each time I received treatment, he explained my current condition and the treatment goals, allowing me to understand what was happening. I appreciated that the goals were set for gradual recovery rather than aiming to finish everything quickly. Overall, I felt like this was a clinic that doesn’t just provide temporary relief from pain but also manages lifestyle habits and posture.
