I found this ear nose throat clinic while looking for treatment for my ear issue, and since it was nearby, I decided to visit for the first time. The director was very friendly, open, and cheerful, and explained everything I was curious about in great detail. The nurses were also kind and helped with the registration and testing. The hospital's facilities and building felt very clean and organized, making it nice to use. I plan to visit again. The testing equipment seemed new and high-performance, which gave me more trust in the place. Nowadays, it seems hard to get treatment without an appointment, but I could walk in and register, get tested, and receive treatment all on the same day here. That was the best part. Overall, I had a pleasant experience without any discomfort.
