When I have cold symptoms, I rush here first. In a situation where my child had to go alone, they provided detailed explanations over the phone and helped my child feel confident. I'm very grateful.
It was my first visit, and the person at the front desk was very kind and helped guide me. I was also pleased with how thorough the consultation was!
I visited because I had a lot of runny nose and phlegm, but the medical staff were kind and gave a thorough examination. It's great being close to home.
I went to the ENT because I couldn't get water out of my ear after swimming. I'm glad I could get treated quickly..
