I visited because I had a sore throat, cough, runny nose, phlegm, and sneezing. In Exam Room 1, Dr. Jo Yong-hee explained everything calmly and carefully. They removed my phlegm and suctioned my nose, and prescribed a week’s worth of medication because of the holiday break.

There are two doctors, and both of them are very kind. They mainly work shift hours, so the wait can be a bit longer.

The ENT doctor is Dr. Jo Yong-hee. Just from the name, you can tell they inspire a lot of trust. I've had a hoarse voice since catching a cold, and after examining my throat with an endoscope, they diagnosed me with vocal cord nodules. 😭 This doctor is very thorough and really good at what they do.

The doctor was kind and explained my condition well, and the medication prescribed worked well for me, so I was able to recover from my cold quickly. However, there are usually a lot of patients waiting, so I think it's best to arrive very early since waiting for about an hour is common.
