I arrived at 7:30, and the check-in took a while, but the rest went really quickly. Everyone there is a specialist focusing on just one thing, so there was no pain and they were very kind.

I visited because of a cough. The hospital is spacious and newly opened, so it was really clean. The doctors were friendly, and it was a pleasant experience.

When I used to visit Medipium in Pangyo, the doctors and staff explained everything kindly, so even as a first-time patient I never felt awkward or out of place. Here, I signed up for an outpatient consultation along with my flu shot, but from registration and the consultation to waiting and payment, the nurses—whose voices were the only thing that sounded kind, like something out of a comedy show—made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed at every step. I went because so many people visit for their company health checkups, but I don’t think I’ll ever want to come back.
