My child fell backward and scraped a large area of skin along the spine, so I rushed in feeling extremely shocked and worried. Thankfully, the doctor in Room 1 saw us and treated my child in such a kind and friendly way, speaking at my child’s level. My child wasn’t scared at all and was able to receive treatment comfortably. I was very worried about scarring and pain because of where the wound was, but the doctor carefully dressed it and explained how to care for it in detail, which really put my mind at ease. Thanks to the doctor, the abrasion is healing nicely and cleanly without any inflammation. The front-desk staff and nurses were all so kind as well, so I was able to leave feeling good after every visit.
