I spent a lot of days this summer falling asleep on the sofa with the air conditioner running because of the intense heat. I had a nagging feeling that sleeping on the sofa might put strain on my lower back, but since I fell asleep easily, I thought at least I wasn’t sleep-deprived. I was doing fine
