I had my first underarm laser hair removal treatment and it was much better than I expected. I was a bit nervous since I heard it could sting a bit, but it was manageable and the procedure was over quickly, so it didn’t feel burdensome. I did feel a slight burning sensation afterwards, but thanks to the cooling and soothing care, it calmed down quickly. A few days later, I noticed the hair falling out naturally, and it definitely felt much cleaner, with no irritation or problems like when I shave, so I'm satisfied. I think the results will be even better if I keep it up. Above all, I liked that it would be easier to manage hygiene in the summer even when I sweat, and I think I’ll have fewer worries about what to wear. The clinic had a clean atmosphere, and the staff kindly explained everything, making it easy for me as a first-timer.

I had been really self-conscious about my double chin, which stood out whenever I took photos or tilted my head down, so I decided to get a double-chin injection with Cutslin. Before the treatment, I was worried about the pain and swelling, but it was over much faster than I expected, and the pain was definitely manageable. Afterward, I had some mild swelling and a heavy feeling, but it didn’t interfere much with my daily life. The results are still developing, so I need to wait and see how things progress, but I’m satisfied because my jawline already feels a little more defined than before. I’m looking forward to seeing further changes, and if you’ve been stressed about having a double chin, I think it might be worth considering after consulting with a doctor.

I felt a little disappointed, but since I got it at a discounted rate as a trial, I'm satisfied. I moved rooms and received the Genesis treatment, and the male therapist was very thorough, so I'm happy with that. They're running a promotion right now, so I should go back once more while I have the chance.

I've been going to this dermatology clinic for a few years now, haha. Especially lately, many places don't do extractions, but here I've had full-face extraction, peels, and inflammation injections as part of their acne basic treatment, around grade 4.4! It feels a bit unfair for those with only a few breakouts, but I recommended this place to my sister when she had severe acne, and it’s definitely worth visiting regularly. However, I understand that you can't choose your doctor! Still, when getting something done on more sensitive areas like the chest, it's good to mention beforehand that you'd like a female doctor! There's no over-treatment here, and they don't unexpectedly recommend unnecessary procedures.

I was a little disappointed that I couldn't consult directly with the doctor. Since the hospital was busy, the manager helped with the consultation. Overall, the explanations were friendly, but I think I would have felt more confident if I could have talked directly with the doctor about the medical aspects. Also, I was recommended a procedure that was a bit more expensive than what I had originally wanted, which made me feel a bit pressured. Even though I had made a reservation, the waiting time was quite long, and I had to wait for almost 30 minutes, which was somewhat inconvenient. Still, the staff was generally kind, and the hospital's interior was well-maintained, so my overall satisfaction was okay. I hope for a more thorough consultation next time.
