I suddenly developed a rash on my face and, feeling worried, visited without an appointment. The clinic has a spacious, bright, and very clean white-toned interior, so I felt refreshed and comfortable the moment I walked in. Even though I hadn’t made an appointment, the wait wasn’t long, and I was able to see a doctor fairly quickly, which I appreciated. That day, I was seen by a doctor other than Dr. Eun Young-sun, the clinic’s lead physician, and after examining my face, I was diagnosed with hives. However, I think I would have felt more confident if the doctor had carefully explained the diagnosis while considering a wider range of possibilities. Overall, I was satisfied with the clinic’s environment and accessibility, and I got the impression that it would be a good place to visit when you need dermatological care urgently.
