After the examination, they suspected inflammation in the larynx and explained the current condition in an easy-to-understand way. They also informed me about the symptoms to watch out for as a parent, which put my mind at ease. The medical team was kind to ensure my child wasn’t scared, and they provided detailed guidance on the treatment process and how to manage things at home. They specifically explained the importance of hydration and rest, as well as what to do when the cough gets severe, which was really helpful. They answered my questions thoughtfully, which built my trust, and my child felt comfortable during the consultation.

The doctor is incredibly kind, even though they see a huge number of patients every day. Maybe it's just that I've only seen grumpy doctors before, but I really felt drawn to the doctor's warmth. My kids respond really well to the medication prescribed at this clinic, so we typically come here for treatment.
