The staff was nice, and I had a good experience with the procedure~~♡♡ I got Botox for my glabella.

I wasn't really interested in skin care at the dermatology clinic, but as I started to age and my skin became more dull, I realized I wanted my skin to look bright and beautiful. So, I decided to consult about Pico-toning and Meladus, and I've had 10 sessions with my 7th visit now. My once dry skin has become more hydrated and brighter, which is a bit of a burden on my household budget, but I feel it's more effective than using expensive cosmetics. Now, I'm determined to take care of my skin for the rest of my life. I used to find it annoying to apply products, but now I’ve incorporated them into my daily routine like basic skincare.

I've been going there for over five years. It's difficult to request a specific doctor for the procedure, and since there are several doctors, I feel like it's just luck as to who I end up seeing that day. Some of them are thorough and kind, while others don't even ask about the laser intensity, and I can feel that they're just going through the motions. When that happens, even though I've taken the time to go in for treatment that day, I leave feeling upset. I understand that it may be because it's a franchise clinic, but it still hurts my feelings ㅜㅜ The nurses at the front desk are also extremely busy, so I've never really brought it up, and since it's not the kind of place where changes are easy to make, I still continue going. I'm not expecting every doctor to have the exact same personality or technique, but as a customer, I would still like to feel that they're paying attention to me. I've visited several times for everything from expensive procedures to skin conditions and cosmetic consultations, but at the moment, I only continue to get Laser Toning regularly. Since Toning is such a simple procedure, I would really appreciate it if you could perform it with more care and sincerity....

I visit every 3–4 months to get Botox around my eyes and between my eyebrows. After about 5–6 days, it seems like the effects start to show to some extent. The good thing about this place is that they don’t pressure you to get procedures, so I don’t feel uncomfortable visiting.

I feel like the quality of the treatment varies depending on which doctor performs it. The first time, the doctor examined me very carefully, but the second doctor finished way too quickly, saying they were short on time. (There were even some areas that hadn’t been extracted, so I had to point them out again.) Later, I was told to come in earlier for extractions, but I still don’t want to have the procedure done by that doctor ever againㅠ Normally, after extractions, the surface of the skin should be smooth, but when I got home, I noticed there were still some bumps that hadn’t been extracted, which was pretty upsettingㅜ I went an hour before closing, but the nurses were running around frantically preparing to close, so I recommend avoiding that time slot.

It's a cost-effective, friendly, and trustworthy dermatology clinic. I visit regularly for Botox treatments.
