The doctor is always kind during the treatment, and since I always go when I'm feeling unwell, I make sure to get an IV. When I lie down and wait, they give me the IV prescription really well, and I come out feeling completely better.

This is the hospital my kids have been going to since they were little. My oldest is now a middle schooler, so it's been well over 10 years. The doctors are kind and caring, and the nurses have been there for ages, so even though I'm worried when my child is sick, I feel at ease at this hospital. When my child was really sick and received a referral, they took the time to ask about my child's condition and genuinely cared, which was incredibly touching. I also remember a time when my child had a high fever and had a seizure; the nurses handled it so well and calmly while I was panicking, and everything turned out fine. Now, it's not just for my family, but even our parents trust this hospital as our family's primary care clinic.

I've been going to Ion Hospital since my kids were little. The wait times are always long, which makes it really tough, but the kindness of the doctor and how well the hospital's medications work for my kids has meant that we visit often and they get better quickly, so we've kept coming for over 10 years. Today, I brought my two teens because they are experiencing really bad acne. My second child is over 12 years old and also got the Japanese encephalitis and cervical cancer vaccines. Thankfully, since my kids started elementary school, they've rarely even caught a cold, so I’ve only visited for essential vaccinations and we hadn't been to the hospital for a while. However, now that they're in puberty, their acne got really severe, so I hesitated but finally took them in. The doctor was still very kind... but things are so chaotic now because Homeplus is definitely closing down.

The nurses are all nice and kind, and the doctors explain everything in such detail. It's really great and I highly recommend it!!

Even when I traveled, I was able to give my child the medication easily when it was urgent. The medicine works well too.
