It's a place that's close by, so I go there whenever I need. It gets really busy during the changing seasons, so it's best to make an appointment through Dokdok to avoid waiting. The doctors and nurses are super friendly. However, it doesn't seem to work well for my kids; even if they go in with a cold, they don't recover quickly. Still, I use it for getting allergy medication or for health check-ups for my infants. There are two doctors, but usually, the wait for the butterfly room is long. Also, they have evening hours on certain days, so be sure to check ahead. They can also do X-rays and all kinds of vaccinations. There's parking available in the basement of the building.

I took my child to the doctor because of severe coughing and runny nose due to allergies. I could have used an app for an appointment, but since it was close to home, I went in person. There were over 20 patients waiting, but I didn't have to wait too long. The doctors in the butterfly room and snail room have different schedules, but the snail room usually tends to see patients faster. The snail room has a male doctor, while the butterfly room has a female doctor. The nurses are also very friendly, and there is parking available in the basement. The pharmacy is in the same building, which is convenient, but there are several other clinics nearby, so sometimes you have to wait longer at the pharmacy. Fortunately, I'm almost done with the 6-day prescription, and my child's coughing has almost stopped, and the runny nose has decreased a lot, which is great.

My child developed allergic rhinitis again, so we visited the clinic again. This time, I went on a weekday after 5 PM without an appointment, and fortunately, we were seen almost right away with minimal waiting. The consultation time in the snail room is relatively shorter compared to the butterfly room. My child's prescribed medication is nearly finished, but the improvement has been much slower than last time, and I'm debating whether to go back again next week. Of course, there has been some improvement compared to the first visit. The nurses are friendly, and it's convenient since it's a pediatric clinic I can walk to in the neighborhood. The pharmacy is also on the first floor, which is nice. Sometimes, the wait at the pharmacy can be longer, though.
