Just like the saying that the eyes are the window to the world, it’s natural to be concerned about even the smallest discomfort, but at Hanbit Eye Clinic, I was able to receive treatment in a comfortable atmosphere from start to finish. The registration process was smooth, and the staff walked me through everything I needed to know with friendly smiles, which helped ease my nerves a lot. The examination was thorough, and they explained my current eye condition in an easy-to-understand way. When I asked questions, they answered sincerely, which built my trust. I was impressed by how they took the time to check everything from the patient’s perspective rather than rushing through the appointment. The inside of the hospital was also well-maintained, allowing me to receive treatment in a pleasant environment, and the waiting time wasn’t too long, which was satisfying. It was a short visit, but it made me realize the importance of eye health again, and I thought this would be a hospital I would want to return to for regular check-ups in the future. Hanbit Eye Clinic is a hospital I’ve been going to for several years now, since I started visiting whenever my eyes felt uncomfortable. At first, I went simply because my vision felt blurry, but after having various tests done and so on, I naturally think of this place whenever I notice even a slight problem with my eyes. Since I’ve been going there for so long, I’m used to the check-in process, and the atmosphere is comfortable, so I don’t get nervous for no reason. During appointments, they explain things carefully and step by step whenever I ask questions, which I appreciate. Eye exams can sometimes feel intimidating for no reason, but they conduct them in a relaxed way, so I feel less pressure. I also like that I can keep checking on my eye health consistently since I’ve been going there for years. Now, whenever I need to visit an eye clinic, I just go to Hanbit Eye Clinic instead of looking for somewhere else. I think it’s nice to have a regular eye clinic, too.

There's one doctor who sees patients, and I like that I can always see him right away without waiting. The last appointment is at 5:50 PM.
