Overall, I was satisfied with the treatment. I visited due to a stye, and the doctor thoroughly checked my condition and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way, which put my mind at ease. The treatment plan was also clearly laid out, which gave me confidence, and because of that, I was able to go through the visit feeling comfortable. However, one thing that was a bit disappointing was the response of the reception and information desk staff. Every time I visit, I get the impression that they are somewhat curt and not very kind, which is a little disappointing. I understand they must be busy, but from a patient's perspective, this is part of making a good first impression, so if they could respond with a bit more warmth, it would greatly enhance the overall satisfaction with the hospital. I was pleased with the doctor's treatment, and I am willing to come back if needed in the future.
