For the past few months, I had to use the bathroom every 2–3 hours during the day, and I would wake up 3–4 times a night to urinate, which completely ruined my quality of sleep. Once it started interfering with my daily life, I finally decided to see a urologist. At first, I felt unnecessarily embarrassed and nervous, but the atmosphere at the clinic was calm and comfortable, no different from a general internal medicine clinic. After filling out a simple questionnaire, I had a urine test and an ultrasound to check the amount of urine remaining in my bladder. The doctor explained that my bladder function had become overly sensitive and prescribed two weeks’ worth of medication. I was also advised to limit my caffeine and fluid intake in the evening. It’s been about a week since I started taking the medication, and I’ve noticed that I wake up to urinate a little less often at night and that my quality of sleep has improved. I’m not completely cured yet, but my daily fatigue has improved so much that I find myself wondering why I didn’t go to the hospital sooner instead of stubbornly putting up with it.

The staff was very friendly, and when I asked something I didn't understand, they explained everything in such detail. I was really satisfied with the care.
