In the mornings, when I woke up, my palms were so itchy, cracked, sore, and stinging. Every evening, I applied the ointment I had at home, including Vaseline, but there was no improvement, so I visited the hospital. Maybe because Bokji Dermatology is well-known, there were so many patients. The wait was over an hour. I visited at 8:30 in the morning, registered, and waited, but the waiting time was still quite long. They said it wasn’t hand eczema, but that there were a lot of fungi, so I needed to apply medication and take oral medicine. I was told to wear rubber gloves when washing dishes so I wouldn’t come into contact with dish soap, avoid using water as much as possible, and apply the prescribed ointment twice a day. They also prescribed medicine to take in the morning and evening. I’ll apply the ointment to my hands, put on cotton gloves, and go to sleep. I hope it gets better quickly. I’ll make sure to take my medicine and apply the ointment regularly.

Last night, the hot water burned my leg so badly that I couldn't sleep, and I ended up staying awake all night. As soon as I got up, I rushed to the hospital. I was able to see a doctor early in the morning, and they said the burn was mild. However, since my skin was already sensitive, they advised me to be careful with any friction. I received an ointment and antibiotics. The head doctor mentioned that if I wanted to file a claim with my insurance, this isn't a burn specialist hospital, and they could connect me with one, but I felt I didn't need that, so I declined. Still, I appreciated the kind explanation from the doctor. However, the staff at the front desk were really unfriendly. Even though it was my first visit, they started by telling me to take a ticket, and they were unkind to the elderly as well... Anyway, that was my experience.

I visited due to symptoms of tinea. The doctor and the medical staff were all very kind and explained everything well.

My allergies get really bad in the winter, so I've been in treatment for 4 weeks now. I'm currently almost fully recovered.

The care I received was kind and attentive, but my doctor prescribed way too much specialty medication without consulting me, so now I have 3 left. Each one cost 15,000 won. I requested a refund, but they said it couldn’t be done because it was past the same day and it’s a specialty medication. The hospital and the pharmacy gave me the same answer.

I went because I heard they were well known for treating chronic allergies. Since it’s a famous hospital, you should expect to wait for a while, but the system is well organized. There’s also a pharmacy right downstairs, which is convenient. The parking lot is small, but cars come and go quickly, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience. The doctors are generally quite friendly, and the staff are friendly as well. I don’t go anymore because it’s too far from home, but if it were closer, I probably would have kept going.
