Eye Love Eye Clinic

I have been regularly managing my suspected macular degeneration with check-ups every six months. At first, I was quite worried, but the doctor explained the testing process and my current condition in an easy-to-understand way, which really eased my mind. Each time I visit, they thoroughly check my eye condition and kindly advise me on how to manage it in the future, which has built my trust in them. The care feels very professional while still being considerate of the patient's perspective, so I feel comfortable and continue to go regularly. The clinic is also clean and has a comfortable interior! While I’d prefer not to have to go to the hospital at all, if I do need to visit an eye clinic, I highly recommend Eye Love Clinic!

I suddenly couldn't see well, so I went in for an exam! I arrived around 3:30 PM without an appointment, and after the check-up, it was around 5:30 PM. Since it was my first visit, they conducted a general examination, and because there were some abnormal findings in my retina from a previous check-up, I also had a retinal exam! After all the tests and waiting, they called my name, and I met with the doctor who kindly explained everything to me! Even though there were a lot of patients, they took the time to explain everything in detail, which eased many of my worries. Everyone at the hospital was very friendly, and I made an appointment for a follow-up in three months before leaving! I was able to get the prescribed medication right at the pharmacy in front! I left home after the appointment, medication in hand! Parking is convenient since it’s at Lotte Mall, and they give you enough parking time, so I left without any extra charges.

Recently, I noticed a bright light in my eye or felt a bit of discomfort in my vision, which made me worried, so I visited an ophthalmologist. To check the condition of my retina in detail, they performed a dilated eye exam. I was a little nervous at first, but the doctor calmly and kindly explained the examination process and my eye condition, which helped me feel reassured. The results showed that there was a **lacquer crack** in my retina, and the doctor provided detailed explanations about my current condition and how to manage it moving forward, which was very helpful for my understanding. Usually, at hospitals, I only get brief explanations and then it’s over, but here, they explained the structure and condition of the eye in a way that was easy for the patient to understand. The examination was not very uncomfortable, and I felt much relieved knowing that my eye condition was accurately checked.

That place always says you need surgery for everything. Since moving to Lotte Mall and getting a new doctor, I don't know if things have improved or not.
