I developed symptoms of allergic dermatitis and visited the dermatologist, and overall, I was satisfied with the care. My skin suddenly became itchy and red, which worried me, but the staff at the reception were friendly and helped me feel at ease while I waited. The doctor who examined me took a thorough look at my skin condition and explained in detail why allergic dermatitis can occur and what to be careful about on a daily basis, which was very helpful. When I asked questions, they calmly answered and it felt like they really cared about their patients, which I appreciated. Since I started using the prescribed medication, the itching and redness have gradually subsided and I feel much better. Overall, I had a positive impression of receiving care in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere, and I would like to visit this clinic again if I have any skin issues.

I went to the hospital because my face was covered in what looked like acne that couldn’t be poppedㅠ I never even had acne as a teenager, but my skin kept breaking out, so I wanted to be seen at a real dermatology clinic rather than one of those factory-like places that only do procedures. I didn’t get extractions for now because they seemed too painful, and I was prescribed medication instead. When I told them about my eating and sleeping habits, they said those could be the cause, so I decided to start by improving my daily habits. At other places, they kept prescribing steroid ointment over and over, but thankfully that wasn’t the case here. I’m planning to go back in a few days.

Whenever the weather gets cold, my face always feels so stinging and painful, so I came in to get some ointment! This isn’t one of those factory-style dermatology clinics—they take their time with the consultation and calmly listen to all of my symptoms, which I really appreciate. At other dermatology clinics, the doctors often seem rushed because they have to hurry off to perform a procedure in the next room, and they don’t really listen even when you explain your symptoms. I’m so relieved there’s a place in my neighborhood that takes such good care of me. I’m always prescribed a steroid ointment, and if I apply just a little to the painful areas or mix a tiny amount into my lotion when I put it on, the pain is much better the next day. After that, if I keep my skin well moisturized, I feel like I can somewhat prevent my skin from becoming stinging and painful when the seasons change. The wait wasn’t long either, and everything was fine. I’ve been going here whenever I need to since I was young.

No unnecessary treatments, and the results are great. The staff is friendly, which I like.
