If you go in the morning, it's really crowded, but in the afternoon, it's usually pretty quiet. I visited because of my forward head posture. The doctor was really helpful, but I kind of felt like I was getting scolded a bit, haha. I guess it's my fault for not managing it properly.

I went there because it's close to my house, but I went in the morning and there were too many people. I waited for about 2 hours. I recommend going in the afternoon, and it's probably tough to get an appointment on the weekend.

*This is the hospital I go to when I'm in pain. The doctor is really skilled, but he can be a bit pushy in his tone. The physical therapy staff are very kind and listen well to what I need.

I received shockwave therapy, which is not covered by insurance, so it can be a bit pricey, but I have supplemental insurance, so it's not a burden for me. The doctor performed the shockwave therapy personally and explained everything, which made me trust him more. I think it's really effective!
