I recently experienced discomfort due to symptoms of vaginitis, so I decided to visit this hospital for examination and treatment. Given the nature of the symptoms, simply visiting a hospital felt burdensome and nerve-wracking, but the thoughtful service from check-in to the consultation made me feel much more at ease. The director explained the causes and types of vaginitis, as well as the likelihood of recurrence, in an easy-to-understand way. During the examination process, I was informed in advance about what tests would be conducted, which allowed me to go through it without anxiety, and I appreciated that unnecessary tests were not recommended. They provided detailed advice on what to manage in daily life, which was very helpful. I was also satisfied with the advice on lifestyle habits aimed at reducing recurrence after treatment.

I used to think I needed to see a female doctor for gynecology, but that misconception has changed. The doctor was really kind and understood everything I said right away, which made our conversation easy. She also provided excellent treatment.
