Suji Seoul Eye Clinic

This is a hospital I visit regularly to prevent glaucoma. Today, the main doctor was unavailable, so another female associate doctor examined me. I usually get two prescriptions, and since one still had some left, I just asked for a refill on the Tafluprost, but when I requested a different prescription for the other medicine, I was told I still had some left of that one too, and they ended up prescribing the wrong medication. It was quite a hassle going back and forth between the hospital and the pharmacy... However, I didn't have to wait long and received good care.

I had a stye, so Dr. Lee Geun-jang performed a chalazion incision procedure on me. I was given an anesthetic injection directly into my eyelid, and it hurt so incredibly badly that I almost screamed without realizing it. Afterward, the doctor and nurses advised me to use cold compresses today and warm compresses starting tomorrow, and to be careful so that pus doesn’t build up again. I hope it heals quickly if I take good care of it.

Regular checkups every 2 months because of glaucoma symptoms~ The director was in surgery, so I was seen by Deputy Director Oh Juhyun. My eye pressure had gone up compared to the last exam, so I’m worried.

I had inflammation in my eye, Dr. Lee Geun-jang from Suji Seoul Eye Clinic prescribed infrared treatment and a 3-day course of medication. I was told to come back for a follow-up in 3 days.
