Despite the fact that it’s always crowded, appointments are incredibly hard to get, and the wait times are extremely long, the doctors do a great job during consultations.

I took my daughter in for an eye exam, and her vision had gotten so much worse that we ended up getting her Ortho-K lenses. They had her try on several lenses to find the right fit for her eyes and then took the measurements. The doctor and nurses were so kind, so we’ve been coming here ever since our older child started. There are always a lot of patients, but it’s always worth the wait. We made an appointment to come back in a month.

I didn't know how to shoot a toy gun and ended up shooting it close to my eye. I got hit in the back, and my eye hurt so much that I couldn't see properly. I had an eye exam and took some pictures, then met with the doctor, and thankfully, the inside of my eye is okay, but the outside had two tears. They put in eye drops and medication, and the consultation was over. The doctor explained everything really well, so I could understand it easily. Also, it was Saturday, and it was lucky that the consultation started at 2 PM, so I could get there right after I got hurt! I received good treatment, and when I got home, I just rested, but my eye still hurts a lot. I hope it gets better tomorrow. I will make sure to use the eye drops and artificial tears properly.

The wait is way too long.. It seemed like there were even customers complaining. If you want to see Dr. Seo, it’s hard to get seen when he has to go into surgery in the middle of the day. I waited for an hour too, but still wasn’t called, and the staff seemed like they wanted to argue with customers. I wish they would speak more nicely. Maybe the doctors were all away on summer vacation.. The doctor I usually see wasn’t there, so I saw someone for the first time, but I think my regular doctor is better. The examination itself is quick, but depending on where they put you in the waiting line, you can end up waiting a really long time.. Someone who came after me was seen first. I wish the staff were kinder. Maybe it’s because the nurses are young, but their tone sounds like they’re trying to pick a fight. When I ask something over the phone, they respond so curtly.. I go because it’s nearby.

Seo Eye Clinic provides good care, but it’s always so crowded. I went at 8:40 today too and wasn’t seen until 10:00. I was prescribed eye drops for seasonal allergic conjunctivitis. The doctor was kind and took good care of me, but the wait was way too long. I wish there were more appointment time options.

The test results showed that I have severe cataracts, so they said I need surgery. I scheduled the surgery date and I'm planning to have it right after the Lunar New Year. I sincerely hope that the surgery goes well and I can see clearly again.
