I had minor wrist surgery here when I was young, and it was good. I also went here when I developed plantar fasciitis, and that was fine too. It’s the best place to go for physical therapy, but it can get pretty crowdedㅜㅜ Even if I go at 9, there are still lots of people, so I have to wait.

I was also able to receive a routine of stretches and strength training exercises that I could do at home, and they advised that consistently practicing these would enhance the treatment's effectiveness. After following their guidance for a few days, I noticed that my discomfort while walking decreased and going down the stairs felt much lighter than before. It's easy to overlook the value of your knees in daily life, but this clinic truly made me feel how everything changes when they become uncomfortable.
