I sprained my ankle badly as I was getting out of the car, so I went to an orthopedic clinic. At first, I thought it would be fine if I just rested a bit, but even after some time, the swelling didn’t go down and I felt pain every time I walked, so I decided to go to the hospital for a proper check-

I went because my ankle was swollen, and they said my ligaments were stretched. The hospital treatment was good, and what I liked even more was that they taught me self-care methods I could do at home.

The doctor is very kind, so I will definitely come here for the basics. The physical therapists are also friendly~^^ When I receive physical therapy, I feel better, but I tend to stop going after feeling okay for a couple of visits, haha. The doctor is really kind and great! My physical therapist went on a long vacation, so I had shockwave therapy and manual therapy from almost all the doctors in the hospital, and everyone was so kind and thorough.
