I’m taking the prescribed medicine regularly and trying not to overdo things. Movements I used to take for granted have become quite uncomfortable because of the shoulder pain. If your shoulder pain continues or makes daily life difficult, I think it’s better to visit a hospital and get examined rather than just putting up with it. From now on, I’ll also try to take good care of my shoulder and be careful not to strain it. 😊
