Everyone was so friendly. Even the nurses were really kind, and it made me feel good. I came in because I was in pain, and it would have been upsetting if they were unfriendly... It was very nice.
The doctor took their time during the exam and explained everything clearly, which made me feel less worried. I had a lot of concerns, especially since it was my ear... I'm really grateful.
