I went to an orthopedic clinic because my shoulder had been tense for a while. After using the computer for long hours, I kept feeling a stiffness in one shoulder, so I decided to visit. When I entered the clinic, I was pleased to find that it was clean and well-maintained, and there was a massage chair in the waiting area, which helped me relax my shoulders and back while I waited. In the consultation room, the doctor was friendly and spoke in a gentle tone, which made it easy for me to relax. He asked about my lifestyle habits and posture to understand when the pain got worse. Rather than rushing into tests or treatments, he first checked the condition of my shoulder and calmly explained why I was experiencing pain, which made it easy to understand. The physical therapy room was organized, and the space was divided, allowing for comfortable treatment. The therapist continuously checked in to see if the intensity of the treatment was okay, which relieved any pressure. During the heat therapy and machine treatment, I felt my stiff muscles gradually relaxing, and by the end, my shoulder felt much lighter. Overall, the clinic was clean and the staff was kind, making it a comfortable experience.

*I had such terrible pain in my shoulders and upper back that I couldn't sleep at night and couldn't even shower properly. After being diagnosed with a herniated disc, I received two injections and went home smiling.
