I visited a pediatric clinic for my child's phlegm and runny nose. Even after frequently blowing my child's nose at home, it wasn't improving, so I decided to seek medical help. This pediatric clinic had relatively short wait times even without an appointment, which was great because I didn't have to wait long. The inside of the clinic was kept clean, giving an overall calm feeling. In the examination room, the doctor took their time checking my child's breathing and nasal condition instead of rushing. They explained that it was due to a cold and said it would improve with a little care in the coming days. They briefly suggested how to do nasal irrigation and maintain hydration at home, which was helpful. After starting the medication, my child's runny nose and phlegm gradually decreased, and they seemed much more comfortable. Overall, it was a pediatric visit experience with low waiting stress and a sense of trust.
