The check-in process wasn't complicated, and the staff guided me simply on what I needed, allowing me to get treatment quickly. In the examination room, the doctor carefully checked the injured area and explained my current condition. I was worried about the arm fracture, but he calmly informed me about what was going on and clearly outlined how to manage it moving forward, which put my mind at ease.
