I visited after a recommendation from someone I know! I suddenly kept feeling like I hadn't fully emptied my bladder, along with a heavy, uncomfortable sensation, so I went in. From check-in to the consultation, everything was generally clean and efficient, which I liked. They didn't push unnecessary tests or anything; they explained things based on my symptoms and pointed out only what was actually needed, so I felt at ease. Cystitis can be a surprisingly stressful condition, but they also gave me practical advice on daily care and preventing it from coming back, which was very helpful. The clinic atmosphere wasn't overly intimidating, and overall it was a straightforward, satisfying visit. The only downside was that the Bucheon location didn't show up in the Cashdoc search, which was a little disappointing. Still, I'll remember it as a good place to visit when I need care quickly!
