Jeongmi Pediatric Clinic

I visited because my child was unwell, and they provided careful treatment.

Recently, my child showed symptoms of a cold, so we visited Jeongmi Pediatrics. Visiting a pediatrician can be stressful for kids, but this place has an overall bright and warm atmosphere, so my child seemed relatively comfortable. The reception staff greeted us kindly, and I was impressed by the thoughtful waiting area that kept my child entertained. Dr. Jeongmi, who took care of our visit, carefully examined my child's condition and explained the symptoms in a way that was easy for us to understand. She calmly guided us through the current state and recovery process, which put my mind at ease and prevented unnecessary worries. She also detailed the medication instructions and safety measures to follow at home, which was extremely helpful. The way she interacted with my child was very gentle and warm, making it impressive that my child wasn’t scared after the appointment. I felt this was a pediatrician we can trust to visit whenever my child is unwell.

When I visited Jeongmi Pediatric Clinic, I was very satisfied with the thoughtful care for my child. From the registration to the consultation, the staff kindly guided us, which helped me feel at ease as a guardian, and my child was able to wait comfortably without feeling nervous. The waiting time was also relatively short, which was great since my child didn't get bored. During the consultation, Dr. Jeongmi carefully examined my child's symptoms and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, which built my trust. They also provided detailed guidance on the appropriate treatment methods and precautions for my child's condition, making me feel confident that I could manage things well at home. Additionally, I was impressed by how kindly they interacted with my child at their eye level. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, providing an overall environment where children could feel comfortable. This is a clinic I would want to visit again when pediatric care is needed.

I visited for my first child's skin condition. The doctor performed a skin examination and prescribed the right medication, and the staff were also very helpful, which made me feel good.

It was a place I wanted to visit again, haha. I wanted to recommend it to my friends too. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The doctors and nurses really seemed impressive!

My child had a high fever, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, treating us like family. My child wasn't scared at all and received treatment well. ^^/
