The lady doctor explained everything thoroughly and kindly. I went to another hospital and had some symptoms, but when I got re-examined here, her detailed explanations made me feel much more at ease, and above all, comfortable.
I fell while hiking and ended up with a wound, so I visited. They did a thorough job cleaning and treating the wound, and the pain eased quickly. Thanks to the friendly explanations and prompt care, I felt reassured during the treatment.
