I'm feeling better thanks to the physical therapy. I think I'll recover quickly if I take my medication and don't overdo it.

I got treatment for wrist inflammation. I go often because it’s close to home.

I ended up stretching my wrist ligaments from overuse, so I went in for treatment. The doctor advises me not to use it as much as possible, but I forget while working and keep using it anyway, haha. I'm protecting my wrist with a brace and a support.

I was experiencing persistent wrist pain, so I sought a recommendation and went to see a doctor. After getting an injection, my condition improved significantly. They said I needed to keep my wrist stabilized, so I had a splint put on.

I went because my wrist was hurting. I was told that the ligaments around my wrist are stretched and there's inflammation, so I got a prescription and had paraffin treatment. I think if I keep it up, it should get better^^
