I visited this orthopedic clinic for a long time. After checking in, I received guidance from a friendly nurse. After the consultation with the doctor, I got physiotherapy on the 3rd floor, including infrared treatment and electrical therapy, and I felt great afterward.

Maybe the medication is a bit strong, I'm swollen and it's painful. The swelling isn't going down, so I came to the hospital. They said to come back after the Lunar New Year.

The reception area is really unfriendly and lacks basic courtesy. When I ask questions, they respond in a careless and dismissive manner, which is very uncomfortable. I'm already in pain and struggling, and this just makes me feel worse. The actual treatment was pretty standard.

The facility is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. The doctor examines everything carefully and the nurses are friendly and accommodating.

I feel confident because of the doctor's precise and kind care, and the nurses treat me like family.
