I went in because my shoulder was hurting, and they said it was probably from hanging on a pull-up bar. If doing just a little of that causes inflammation, it’s going to be hard to exercise in the future.

Since I went in because my knee was hurting, I also had the areas that hurt from my fall checked with an X-ray. They said there wasn’t any major problem, but told me to rest and take it easy.

Second nerve treatment. I can't feel anything so I wonder if the nerve is completely dead. I hope everything goes well with the crown now.

I’m getting my third cartilage injection for knee pain. The doctor is going on vacation starting tomorrow, so I had to wait quite a while. I hope it doesn’t hurt~~
