I went in for an unexpected issue with my right arm and shoulder. When I described my specific symptoms, the lead doctor immediately tested my mobility and took X-ray images. He explained everything in detail and kindly while reviewing the images with me. The test results came back as what many call frozen shoulder. The doctor personally administered a steroid injection. I felt reassured as he placed it accurately, taking into account the location of the inflammation. Afterward, the consultant suggested that I receive manual therapy in the consultation room, and was very friendly in guiding me through the process. I appreciated that the waiting time at the hospital was short, and I was completely satisfied with the treatment, feeling that there was no unnecessary over-treatment at all.

I visited the hospital because my elbow pain was severe, and I expected to wait a long time due to the number of patients, but I was able to see the doctor quicker than I thought. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful, and the doctor explained that it was elbow pain, discussing the treatment options and what I should be careful about in daily life in great detail. I was really grateful for that!
