I underwent basic tests such as vision, height, weight, and hearing tests, as well as a stomach endoscopy and colonoscopy. During the colonoscopy, I had a polyp removed for the first time in my life. The whole process took about 2 hours and 30 minutes, from around 8 AM to 11:30 AM. I paid a total of 355,000 won, which included the basic fee of 300,000 won plus 55,000 won for the polyp removal. The experience of having a polyp removed has reminded me once again of the importance of health. I intend to keep the basics of diet and exercise in mind and stay committed to them.
