365 Open Night Clinic

I’ve been so overwhelmed that I completely forgot to post this until now ㅠ The day before Chuseok, I twisted my ankle again in exactly the same spot, so I rushed to 365 Open Night Clinic for treatment. As expected, since it was the holiday, there were tons of people waiting, and I had to wait about two hours before I was seen. Even so, the doctor was still always smiling and kind to patients, and examined me very carefully, one thing at a time. The X-ray area was also very well equipped, and the inside of the clinic was so clean that I liked it more and more every time I visited. The nurses were also very warm and pleasant to watch as they wrapped my ankle while asking where and how it hurt and explaining everything to me step by step. ^^

My ear was really uncomfortable late at night, so I looked for a hospital and found one that was open at that hour. The inside was very clean, and the nurses and doctor were all genuinely kind and attentive. I love that they’re open year-round, so I can go anytime.

Four days ago, I went out to buy my son a snack, and on the way home I fell into a puddle next to a manhole cover and injured my right ankle. Even the next day, the pain still hadn’t gone away, so I visited the nearby Open 365 Night Clinic. I haven’t been there many times, but the inside of the hospital was very clean, and all the equipment was neatly organized and spotless. Of course, the nurses were also very kind and explained everything well with warm smiles while listening to me. ^^ The doctor was extremely kind as well. He carefully asked me where and how it hurt and which area was the most painful. After taking X-rays, I went back into the consultation room and listened to the explanation. He told me it was an ankle fracture and explained everything clearly so I could understand. Then I went into the treatment room, received an injection to reduce the swelling, had my ankle put in a cast, and was prescribed medication. He told me to come back in a week for another X-ray. I really liked how thoroughly everything was explained. ^^

Today marked one week since I was diagnosed with an ankle fracture, and I came back for my follow-up visit as instructed to get another X-ray and have some medication prescribed. ^^ The hospital is still very clean, and the facilities are arranged very thoughtfully. It was also really quiet, and most of all, the doctor explained everything carefully, step by step, which really helped put me at ease. The doctor asked how much pain I had been in over the past week and what the pain had been like, then prescribed medication accordingly. Unfortunately, because the ligament is healing slowly, the recovery period was extended to six weeks, which was upsetting. Thankfully, thanks to the doctor’s attentive care, the fractured bone has healed well. There is still a very slight hairline crack visible, but the doctor encouraged me, saying that I was recovering quickly and that it was fortunate. Thanks to that, I was able to let go of much of the worry I had been carrying, receive my treatment, and return home. ^^

My child suddenly developed a stomachache, and I was worried because going to the emergency room at this hour would cost so much. I’m so relieved that there’s a night clinic in the neighborhood that stays open this late. I come here often, and every time, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The clinic is also very clean, so I always feel good whenever I visit. The doctor is friendly and examines patients very carefully, explaining what would be best, which I really appreciate. They see both children and adults and offer treatment in many different areas, so I highly recommend trying this clinic if you ever need urgent care. Thank you so much for working so hard until late at night. You see patients until 11 p.m., and even though you must be tired, you always take care of us with a smile. I’ll always be cheering you on!

During the Chuseok holiday, my sore throat and cold got so bad that I lost my voice and also had a cough and pain, so I urgently looked for a hospital that was open and went there. Maybe because it was the holiday, there were so many people that more than 30 patients were waiting. I waited for about two hours, but since most other places were closed, I was just grateful that I could still receive treatment, even if I had to wait. It must have been a hectic situation with so many patients, but the nurses were incredibly kind and attentive, so I was able to wait comfortably without any inconvenience. The doctor was also very kind during the consultation. Since my symptoms were severe, I received an injection in my buttock and was prescribed medication. I was worried because I suddenly got sick during the holiday, so I was really relieved that I could get treated. Above all, thanks to the staff for being so kind even though they were busy, I was able to receive treatment feeling good.
